How do I know if a Watch Strap will fit your wrist?
These measurements are the cirucmference size of wrist that this strap will fit when attached to your watch and done up using the provided strap connections. This can be worked our for your wrist by using a sewing tape to measure the cirucmerfence of your wrist just below your wrist bone.
Please note: this measurements are in Milimeteres (mm)
Quickfit Type Connection
A Quickfit connection is a Garmin connection method using enables the watch strap to be Quickfly Fitted onto your watch (hence the name!). These are spring loaded so can be simply 'clicked' into place by pushing them on. Sometimes there are also two screws on the side of these connections which can be tighetened once the strap is in place to ensure it is very securly fixed in place.

push-button Watch Connection
The Push Button Watch Strap Connection is an easy to use and stylish way to fit your watch band. These style connections were made popular by the classic Apple Watch Style Connection.These straps connect by the user pushing the button through the holes on the other side of the strap and the excess strap is tucked under the watch strap.
These are alot easier to put together than the standard watch buckle and often mean the watch strap is more suitable for fitting a wider range of wrist sizes as the straps can be done up almost the entire length of the strap.
What is the Watch Lug Width?
The Lug Width refers to the width of the watch where the watch strap attaches.
The Watch Strap is often the same as the Lug Width but not always, sometimes the strap of the width can vary to where it attaches to the watch (attaches to the Watch Lug)
In this instance, this watch strap will fit a watch with a lug width of 22mm
What is the Watch Strap Width?
The Watch Strap Width (also know as the Watch Buckle Width), which is the width of the strap at the buckle. While this is often the same as the Lug Width, it is not always the same. For this Watch Band, the Watch Strap Width is 20mm
What is the Total Watch Strap Length?
The Total Watch Strap Length refers to the total length of the Watch Strap (both pieces pictured above added together, ie Total Watch Strap Length = Short Part + Long Part) when butted together. This excludes the watch itself or where the buckle holes are, rather the total length of the phsyical strap itself.
This does not mean this is the size wrist this will fit.
What is the Watch Length?
The Watch Length (also known as the Case Size or Case Diameter) is the length of the watch itself from watch strap end to watch strap end (also known as Lug to Lug). This can be added to the openable watch size to work out the size strap needed to fit your wrist circumference.

If you have a waterproof watch, a simple option is to wear your watch and Silicone Watch Band in the shower and simply use some warm soapy water to clean this. The other option is to use some warm soapy water and clean with a brush or cloth until clean. Just make sure you either air dry or pat dry before wearing to ensure you don't risk getting a rash from moisture being trapped against your skin..
